Moniece Slaughter has been issued a restraining order following an alleged altercation at Cardi B’s birthday party.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the restraining order was awarded on behalf of two party guests.
The unnamed individuals reportedly believe that Slaughter is using her Love & Hip Hop fame to spread false allegations and harass them.
The order, which will remain in place for two years, requires Slaughter to remain 100 yards away from the plaintiffs at all times. It also prohibits any attempts to harass or otherwise contact the unnamed parties.
Slaughter was accused of physically assaulting a guest at Cardi B’s birthday party in January. The alleged victim of the assault also remains unidentified, but allegedly obtained a protective order shortly after the incident.
In a statement, Slaughter’s lawyer Joseph Adeife denied the allegations, branding them “completely baseless and false.”
