Maralee Nichols Says Tristan Thompson Is Failing To Support Their Baby

Maralee Nichols has called out the father of her son Tristan Thompson, claiming that he has done “nothing to support” the child.

The allegations from the 31-year-old model come after reports suggested Thompson could be paying up to $120,000 in child support fees for all three of his children.

Besides his 2-month-old baby with Nichols, the Sacramento Kings player shares a 5-year-old son, Prince, with Jordan Craig and a 3-year-old daughter, True, with Khloé Kardashian.

Now, in a statement shared by People, Nichols has refuted the suggestion that Thompson has supported her or her child in any way.

“Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their son,” stated the statement from Nichols’ representative. “He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.”

“In future, we hope that reporters covering this situation contact us to confirm any facts before publishing,” they added.

Thompson had been locked in a paternity lawsuit with Nichols back in December, vehemently denying that he was the father of her son. Following the results of the paternity test, Thompson admitted that he had fathered the child and apologised to his then-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian for his infidelity.

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions,” he wrote via Instagram. “Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”

Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliations I have caused you,” he stated. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
