The NHL is investigating San Jones Sharks forward Evander Kane for allegedly using a fake coronavirus vaccination card.
According to Front Office Sports, Kane is being investigated by the NHL for violating COVID-19 protocols after he allegedly submitted a fake coronavirus vaccine card to league officials.
If the allegations are found true, Kane could be facing a very serious punishment as not only is using a fake vaccination card against NHL rules, it is also illegal in the United States.
It’s also now the second investigation by the NHL against Kane, after his estranged wife accused him last month of sexually and physically assaulting her.
Kane’s wife Anna also claimed that her husband had been betting on his own team’s games something that is against NHL rules.
However, on September 22, the NHL announced that they had found no evidence Kane was betting on his own team but added that they would still be looking into the claims that he had assaulted his wife.
