Simon Cowell was hospitalised on Thursday after crashing his e-bike in London.
The 62-year-old showbiz executive was powering through the UK capital when he came to an abrupt halt turning a sharp corner. Road conditions made for a slipper turn causing Cowell to skid and crash — fortunately the incident was a single-person accident.
He potentially suffered concussion and severe pain in his left arm which led to the music manager going to the hospital where he was treated for a broken arm and a bruised cheek. With Simon holding a tight business schedule, his injuries may be reflected on Britain’s Got Talent that is currently being filmed.
In August, 2020, Cowell purchased a new e-bike – perhaps the downfall in his carbon footprint reduction attempt – and with this recent accident, it marks the second accident that’s resulted in injuries, barely six months apart.
