Three charges have been dropped in the case against rapper Polo G.
The 22-year-old was facing upwards of five charges after an alleged attack against a police officer in June.
Now, according to TMZ, prosecutors have dismissed the two felony battery charges and a misdemeanour for criminal mischief. The decision removes the majority of Polo’s charges and the rapper has agreed to enroll in an anger management program in order to have the remaining two charges dropped.
Polo was pulled over by law enforcement in June for driving a car with heavily tinted windows. He and passengers allegedly became combative after they were asked to step outside the vehicle and officers claim that Polo became violent as he was detained. A search of the vehicle also uncovered two handguns.
