Actor Tom Holland has opened up about his future as Spider-Man, saying it “might not go on for much longer.”
Speaking to GQ magazine, Holland revealed that he thinks it might be best for him step down from the role of Spider-Man and instead let someone else play the superhero.
“Maybe it is time for me to move on. Maybe what’s best for Spider-Man is that they do a Miles Morales film,” he said.
“I have to take Peter Parker into account as well, because he is an important part of my life. If I’m playing Spider-Man after I’m 30, I’ve done something wrong,” he added.
Spider-Man: No Way Home, which releases in December, is currently set to be Holland’s final Spider-Man film as his contract with Marvel has not yet been renewed.
