It has been reported an unreleased demo from Whitney Houston has been sold for $1 million as a NFT.
On December 14 at an NFT auction held by OneOf, which represents an eco-conscious NFT platform, included one of Houston’s demo which was never heard by fans.
OneOf took to their Twitter page to make the announcement showing gratitude to fans , stating in the tweet:
“The Whitney Houston OneOf One NFT, a never-before-heard demo track from Houston at age 17, SOLD for $999,999! Thank you to all who made this incredible moment in music and NFT history possible!”
The proceeds gained from the auction will benefit the singer’s foundation named Whitney E. Houston Foundation.
