Royal Ascot returns as one of the biggest racing weeks returns home full for the first time since 2019.
Five days of action kick off on Tuesday with seven races each afternoon and a total prize pool of over £8.5m up for grabs.
The race continues until Thursday’s Ascot Gold Cup, which is one of eight Class 1 races taking place this week.
The Queen, who regularly watches Royal Ascot, will not be attending this year’s gathering, the year the king celebrates platinum.

Royal Ascot begins Tuesday 14 June and runs through Saturday 18 June. The first race starts every day at 14:30 and the last at 18:10.

Royal Ascot attracts many of the best racehorses, not to mention well-dressed and top performers. The queen traditionally arrives in a royal procession at 2pm local time, but the 96-year-old monarch will not attend this year’s event.
