Aaron Rodgers Named NFL’s Most Valuable Player Of 2021

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been named the NFL’s most valuable player for a fourth time.

Rodgers first won the award in 2011, before picking it up again in 2014.

He was most recently named MVP in 2020, making him the fifth player to earn the award in consecutive seasons.

The 38-year-old is now just one MVP accolade behind Peyton Manning, who currently holds the records for the most season awards with five.

“It’s been an amazing seventeen years,” he said upon receiving the award. “So thankful for the memories and the moments over the years.”

Rodgers comfortably beat closest competitor Tom Brady, who recently announced his retirement. You can read more about this here.

He earned thirty-nine votes for MVP to Brady’s ten, with LA Rams’ Cooper Kupp receiving one.
