Ana de Armas will replace Scarlett Johansson in Apple’s upcoming romantic adventure film, Ghosted.
According to Deadline, Johansson’s exit from the project comes amid scheduling conflicts as production hopes to commence in February.
Few plot details are known in relation to the new picture, though Dexter Fletcher is attached to direct, with de Armas starring alongside Chris Evans. The Captain America actor will also produce the film with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
De Armas has previously worked with Evans on the mystery crime film, Knives Out. Her other notable performances are in titles such as Blade Runner 2049, No Time To Die and Blonde.
