Actor Henry Cavill has revealed that he would like to see video game franchise Red Dead Redemption turned into a movie.
Cavill, who plays the role of Geralt in Netflix’s The Witcher TV show, has been talking about what other video game franchise’s he would like to see turned into movies.
Speaking to Game Reactor at the red carpet for The Witcher: Season 2, the British actor said that he is currently enjoying playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and that would be “fun” for it to be turned into a movie.
“I’ve actually started playing Red Dead Redemption 2. I know I’m a little bit late to that party – but I started playing it and I’m really enjoying it. And so, something like that I think would be fun to turn into a movie,” he said.
The Witcher: Season 2, which arrived on Netflix last week, has been watched by users for over 142.4 million hours in its first three days.
