The parents of American actress Alicia Witt have been found dead at their home in Massachusetts.
Robert Witt and Diana Witt were both found dead on Monday night at their home in Worcester, Massachusetts.
According to TMZ, police say there were reports the couple had been having furnace problems and were using a space heater to heat their home.
In a statement Alicia said that she asked a relative to check on her parents after she was unable to contact them for several days.
“I reached out to a cousin who lives close to my parents to check on them. Sadly, the outcome was unimaginable,” she said.
“I ask for some privacy at this time to grieve and to wrap my head around this turn of events and this surreal loss,” she added.
