Travis Scott has been pulled from Coachella 2022.
Following the tragedy at Astroworld, a petition was created in hopes to remove Scott from the lineup. It has nearly 60,000 signatures at this moment.
It has now been reported that the rapper is no longer set to headline – which would have marked his return to the stage.
Variety revealed that sources from the festival told Scott’s longtime agent, Cara Lewis, that they intend to drop him from the lineup.
The festival is also reportedly willing to pay a “kill fee” of 25%.
Lewis reportedly fought hard to keep his name on the bill.
Scott also “countered the news of him being cut from the lineup by offering to play his show for free” report Hypebeast, but Coachella have not changed their decision.
Travis recently gave his first interview since Astroworld. You can read more about this here.
