The release date for Fast & Furious 10 has been pushed back to May 2023.
According to Deadline, the announcement came from Universal Pictures on Tuesday (December 14).
Previously, the film was scheduled for release on April 7, 2023.
The move places the feature in next year’s major summer lineup, amidst the likes of The Litle Mermaid and Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.
Universal also reportedly announced a new but untitled DreamWorks production to fill the date previously held by F10.
Details behind the change in release date have yet to be shared.
Fast & Furious 9 made its debut earlier this year on May 19. Helmed by returning director Justin Lin, the film grossed an impressive $681.5 despite the pandemic.
