Marilyn Manson Reportedly Working Closely With Kanye West On ‘DONDA2’

Marilyn Manson is reportedly working closely with Kanye West on his upcoming album, DONDA2.

News of their collaboration comes in spite of the ongoing allegations of sexual abuse which have been stacked against Manson by multiple women.

As recently as a week ago, Manson’s former fiancee Evan Rachel Wood accused him of “essentially raping her” during the filming of his Heart-Shapes Glasses music video.

West has previously worked with Manson on the making of his tenth studio album Donda, in which the 53-year-old former rockstar provided vocals for the track Jail Pt 2. The decision to include Manson drew intense criticism on West for his apparent decision to ignore the allegations made against him.

Now, according to West collaborator Digital Nas, the pair are once again working together: “Every day I go to the studio, Marilyn is in there working on ‘Donda 2‘.”

“He doesn’t want Marilyn to play rap beats,” he told Rolling Stone. “He wants Marilyn to play what he makes, and then Ye will take parts of that and sample parts of that and use parts of that, like he did [generally when making] ‘Yeezus‘.”

Explaining West’s decision to continue his working relationship with Manson, Nas said, “Ye is coming from a standpoint of like, ‘We all make mistakes.’ I think that’s maybe why he had DaBaby and Marilyn at that one show.”

“I’m just assuming it is from a standpoint of like, ‘We’re all sinners. We all make mistakes. We shouldn’t point the finger at someone for the mistakes they’ve made’, or something like that.”

Manson has consistently denied all allegations of extreme physical, sexual and psychological abuse made against him.
