Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are officially divorced.
A judge signed off on their divorce settlement on Tuesday after the former spouses came to an agreement in October last year.
The agreement states they are both 50/50 when it comes to the legal custody of their 3 children – a financial settlement was agreed upon outside of the courts. In California, if a married couple lack any form of prenup anything in receipt of either party must be equaled out – in their case, they did not have a prenup.
Fox carried the stage name throughout their marriage when dealing with public events, films and TV shows but legally she was known as Megan Green. She waived that name during the divorce agreement meaning she is now back to Megan Fox… soon to be Megan Baker if she took her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly‘s – Colson Baker – legal surname.
After dating over the last couple of years, Brian is loved up with Sharna Burgess and expecting their first child together. Last month Fox and Kelly announced their engagement and celebrated by allegedly drinking each other’s blood.

Megan and Green tied the knot in 2010 before filing for divorce in 2015 – in 2019 the legal papers were withdrawn and the pair tried again. In November 2020 the legal documents for a divorce were filed by Megan which led us to this moment.
