NFLPA Blame The NFL For Recent COVID-19 Outbreak

The NFLPA has once again criticised the National Football League’s decision to stop daily COVID-19 testing.

As of Wednesday, the list of players ordered to self isolate by the NFL due to COVID-19 has risen to nearly 100.

Big names such as Odell Beckham JR, Jalen Ramsey and Baker Mayfield have all recently tested positive for the virus.

In a statement, the National Football League Player Association has blamed the rise in cases on the NFL’s decision to end daily COVID-19 testing for players at the end of summer.

The NFL decided to take away a critical weapon in our fight against the transmission of COVID-19 despite our union’s call for daily testing months ago.
