Phoebe Bridgers Releases ‘Day After Tomorrow’ Cover

Singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers has released a cover of Tom Waits’ 2004 song Day After Tomorrow.

The single joins a handful of Bridgers’ other ‘Christmas covers’, including Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, Merle Haggard’s If We Make It Through December, and McCarthy Trenching’s Christmas Song.

The Motion Sickness singer announced that all proceeds from the cover will go to The International Institution of Los Angeles.

They provide aid to immigrants, refugees and survivors of human trafficking, as well as equip them with “skills and resources to become self-sufficient”; allowing them to successfully start new lives in Southern California.

Day After Tomorrow is now available to stream everywhere.
