Travis Scott Files To Dismiss Astroworld Lawsuit

Travis Scott has motioned to dismiss one of the Astroworld lawsuits filed against him.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Scott is motioning to dismiss a claim from Jessie Garcia – an Astroworld concertgoer. Also named in the suit are Scott’s company Jack Enterprises, and his label, Cactus Jack.

Scott is filing a “general denial” which will allow him to address the lawsuit with a single response, rather than multiple individual motions.

The 30-year-old rapper reportedly intends to file similar responses to each of the lawsuits against him.

Several suits have been filed against Scott since the tragedy at Astroworld which resulted in the deaths of ten people, the youngest of which was nine-year-old Ezra Blount. Recently a motion was filed to combine 275 cases into a single claim.
