Tyga Avoids Criminal Charges In Domestic Violence Case

Rapper Tyga is to face no criminal charges for an incident of alleged domestic violence in October.

The 32-year-old was arrested months ago after a report made by his ex-girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson, claimed that he had become physical during an argument.

Tyga subsequently turned himself in to the authorities, despite denying the claims, and his bail was set at $50,000.

Though he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, it was confirmed in November that Tyga would not be facing felony charges.

TMZ now reports that an arrangement has been reached to avoid a criminal conviction entirely.

Tyga will be expected to avoid further legal trouble for the next year and is due to discuss his approach to domestic disputes in an upcoming hearing at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Swanson previously took to social media following the alleged altercation, posting images of her facial injuries.

Since then, the pair have been pictured together in public.
