In the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Khulna Tigers lost to Comilla Victorians by 9 wickets and reached the play-offs as the fourth team. Earlier, the three teams confirmed the play-off. They are Fortune Barisal, Comilla Victorians and Chittagong Challengers.
Fortune Barisal is at the top of the points table with 6 wins in 10 matches and 15 points in two defeats. Comilla Victorians are second in the points table with 13 points from six wins and three defeats in an equal number of matches.
On the other hand, Chittagong Challengers are in the third place with 10 wins and 10 defeats in 10 matches. The Khulna Tigers became the fourth team to reach the play-offs after falling behind in the run rate with 10 points from five wins and five defeats in 10 matches.
Minister Dhaka, who was eliminated from the group stage, finished the BPL from the fifth position with 9 points in 10 matches. Sylhet Sunrisers have just three points from just one win.
